"Clean and modern decor. Conveniently located about a mile from the university. Parking and check in were easy was and staff were nice. Good gym but small pool. Paid breakfast option is not worth it. "

"Arrived and the lobby room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the room it was fairly clean. I cleaned the table, the refrigerator and the washing machine and dryer. When I went to use the washing there was hair all in it. Cleaned the washing machine and after I washed their sheets it was still full of someone’s hair. Checked the dryer before putting the sheets in there and that too was full of hair and someone’s sock. After drying the sheets my husband and I had to manually remove someone’s nasty hair from the sheets and comforter. We went to the other building to check out the gym and the smell of that building was totally different and smelled free of smoke. The design and convenience of the room was nice. Hardwood floors instead of carpet is appreciated. When we needed extra detergent all we had to do was ask. The building and common area was always clean. Coffee and tea in the common area 24/7. For someone who works out consistently the gym wasn’t impressive for us so we had to go to LA Fitness. It’s located in a safe area and you can walk to Walmart in less than five minutes."

"The room was very clean but there was a horrendous smell from the stairs all the way through the 2nd floor. The elevator is also broken which may be an inconvenience for some. Wall are very thin… take that as you will. But you can definitely hear everything from the hallway to neighboring rooms. "
