"Room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was good."

"Room itself was great. Having the cleaning lady just walk into the room at 9 in the morning when checkout was at 12 with two minor children in the room was unacceptable. Then she proceeded to stand in the doorway and ask me when we were leaving. Crazy staff can just come into your room while you are in there getting ready with two minors. Staff said they would “talk” to them."

"This is minimalism in a place to stay. My first experience with a"Tru" so I didn't know what I was getting. For example, there was there was no closet in the room--you have pegs on the walls and pipes for hanging clothes. The housekeeping is every other day! The floors are "luxury vinyl" and the light fixtures are industrial grade. Pets are permitted (a bit of a shocker ). It is a newer property which masks some of its limitations. So if you choose this place (and I guess this "brand" by Hilton)be prepared for a low cost experience. I would say for about $160/night you get what to pay for."

"Secure parking. However, I should’ve known something was wrong when I noticed a lot before smelly cardboard from them storing furniture in the lobby or when I step into the elevator and saw a chipped panel. That should’ve been an indication. But instead I proceeded to the room and once I got there on immediately notice it smelled like cigarettes. Which says a lot coming from a cigarette smoker. The room just didn’t feel cleaned at all I pulled back the sheets I didn’t see any stains but the overall condition and cleanliness of the room didn’t sit well with me. There was trash behind the nightstand around the corners of the wall. There was a chip in the wall near the closet and the furniture was very motel esq. I didn’t even put my stuff down .we gathered our things went back to the lobby ,left the key on the desk , and left without actually staying in the room we paid for . I’m not usually bougie or too good to sleep somewhere but I just couldn’t comfortably lay down and relax in that room"

"The living room was quite filthy. The couch was torn like it was 100 years old than when he said it just soaked. Shower was also quite filthy on the floor."
