Die Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe - es lage eine dünne Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und man kam sich vor, wie im Treibsand. Habe die dünne Matratze dann mitten in der Nacht runtergezerrt und da war dann ein riesen Fleck auf der Boxspringmatratze...super. Die Nacht hab ich jedenfalls so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. "It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. "Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. The rooms are nice and clean but looking a bit tired now and would be nice to have a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink, there is a large flask in the foyer/lobby but it gets cooler later on, also there's some teas and fruit there when the dinning room is closed.
