"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Very neat, modern and great ambiance hotel and a great location. The gym was small but had everything you need. The food was good at the restaurant and great brunch/breakfast. The only thing was the casual food menu did not have enough items. The staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay"

"Luxury hotel in beautiful surroundings. Spacious rooms, nice and clean everywhere, high and friendly service. The only drawback is the nearby restaurant (Brennerei) which is not able to live up to the hotel quality standards."
