"The check in process was so easy. They emailed clear instructions, in about 5 different languages. The fact that there was a lift was great. The property isn't new but the apartment looked just like the photos. We found the beds comfortable, the apartment clean and the amenities well kept. It is also only a 13 min walk to old town. Also a really nice resturant 1 minute away called Chata. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Room was clean, however both dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods were provided, though neither machine was present. Room was in a good location, very close to shops, train station and the old town, however the windows looking out on the shared corridor made both myself and my boyfriend feel uneasy. The drain was also slightly blocked with shower water draining quite slowly.
The room overall was very nice and cosy, entry instructions were clear and everything necessary was provided."

残念でした。
・建物に入るための鍵の扱い方が非常に分かりづらい。取り出し方、扉の開け方も詳細に書いて欲しい。
・マンションの一室へ入るための扉に後付けのオートロックの鍵が付けられているが、取り付け部が緩んでいてセキュリティが心配だった。
・専用バスルームと書いてあるが、実際はトイレもシャワーも共用
・トイレットペーパーの補充も清掃も一度もされなかった。
・部屋にゴミ箱がない"
