"Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at the Nipponia Sasayama Castle Town Hotel.
The staff was fabulous, very attentive and very helpful.
I particularly loved the different "set"breakfasts options. "
"Need more variety of food for dinner & breakfast. They stop making fresh pizza and bringing fresh food out from the kitchen as there were not many new customers in the restaurant. "

"This was a perfect choice for our stay in Osaka for 10 days back in July. Beautifully decorated and grand lobby with upscale decor and facilities. The room was spotless, with very nice AC and housekeeping service. Generous toiletries and replenishments of drinks each day. They even provided pain relief patches for foot and shoulder for free. The hot spring in the hotel was wonderful. Awesome restaurants especially the Japanese styled buffet breakfast and dinner. Customer service was superb, on point and responsive. We attended the World Expo Osaka-Kansai, and the hotel provided very detailed guidance and recommendations about the visit. There was actually a shuttle bus (for a minimal fee) from the hotel directly to the Expo. The hotel rep also gave us excellent advice as to where and how to explore Kyoto and Osaka, and where to park our rental car. Overall this was a dream come true trip and a 5 star quality hotel. We will be back! "
"Room was comfortable and I liked that toilet was separate from shower. In addition, beds were very comfy and not overly firm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to train station and convenience stores. "
