"The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you"

"Room: clean and tidy, good amount of space for 2 people staying, comfortable bed with soft pillows, nice and dark when you close the curtain, spacious bathroom with a bath tub and plenty of towels, has a hair dryer and an electric kettle, I got the room right in front of the lifts so there was a bit of noises but that’s bearable Staff: very friendly and speak good English, they guide me how to check in and check out with the machine they have Amenities: green tea packs available in the room (but no coffee or bottled water), there is a lounge on the reception floor and they are serving free light snacks and coffee/tea during specific hours Location: 4 minutes walk from Sannomiya JR station, lots of restaurants/snacks/cafes/convenience stores nearby, walkable distance to the main shopping street in Sannomiya * There is a huge construction site right next to the hotel. I didn’t hear much noises from it during the night. But if you are planning to stay in the hotel room during the day, please do consider this factor."

"Very close to USJ & the citywalk area. Clean rooms, staffs were friendly and helpful during check-in/out. Amenities were good - beside the usual bathroom amenities, water dispenser, microwave on every floor, coin laundry, currency exchange machine. The daily free simple cafe beverages were good too."
