"Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. "The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). "We had a great week at this Tyrollean hotel. We were very pleased with our large room which had a comfortable sitting area as well as a balcony with views over the mountains. We especially enjoyed the food on our half board stay. The swimming pool was a great place for a dip after a day’s hiking. The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help. "
