"I enjoyed my stay at the Kitchener Holiday Inn. The staff at the front desk were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, and well arranged. The bed was very comfortable, as were the bedding, especially the long pillows. The only quibble I have was that the air conditioning was noisy at start of each cooling cycle and I eventually had to turn it off because it was disturbing my sleep. The choices for breakfast were very good and the staff did an excellent job in keeping the breakfast counter clean and well stocked. Overall my experience at this hotel was excellent. "

"I have used this hotel all 3 times I have been in the area and I do recommend it. The Continental breakfast is really good and gives good options - fresh Belgian waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk, juice The staff are always friendly and very quick to problem solve if you have any concerns (our AC was leaking from it running so much and it being so hot outside) It is an older hotel but the suites have always met our expectations and are a good size, definitely book a suite if you have more than 3 people so that you have ample space. The prices are always reasonable, they do have an outdoor pool in the middle of their yard and a bar/restaurant on site downstairs."
