"The staff did not five us the wifi info. The front did not answer the phone. There was not any hot water - had to skip shower. It was terrible."

"Great bed- supper comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Some of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels."

"I live in Big Bear Lake, 2 1/2 hr. drive down the mountain. I travel to Koreatown every 2 months to stock up on Korean food. I've stayed at $126/night motels. I decided to give Koxie Hotel a try. It was $20 more, not including parking $15 more. For $146/night, I expected well maintained room. The dry wall around the room needed restoring. I stayed on the 5th floor. Enjoyed the view. If I revisit, I won't pay $15 for parking. Instead, park on the street."

"Tuscan Garden Inn was really good value for money: a clean, well-managed motel with free parking in a central part of LA very close to the 110, but generally quiet. This is a utilitarian motel experience and there are homeless populations in the streets nearby which can be a surprise if you're not familiar with Californian cities, but I came out of my stay very glad to have found it."

"Almost all of the images advertising this location are of the bar/restaurant. However, it is only open part of the week, and that information is not advertised. The room was sparse, and even though it was advertised as a queen bed, it was a full-size. The light in the bathroom did not work, and the other switch was outside the bathroom, several feet away, and up under the TV. The AC was noisy, and my room shared a wall with the elevator. Not a great experience or location."
