Wonderful Front Desk; an excellent location close to the sites; many shops all around and places to get food etc. I love the busy location & being right in the middle of local life. It is a very busy neighbourhood - but that is the charm. "

Owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location to all old city attractions and buses to Bethlehem right outside the Jaffa gate. There is a nice modern outdoor strip mall outside gate next to hotel as well with restaurants and shops."

"The rooms could be a little cleaner.. There are plenty of shops and places to eat a very nearby. The train also runs on the street. The breakfast is expensive at Ibis. Usually went to a shop for coffee and pastry nearby. The hotel is on Jaffa Street very convenient to get two things. 15 minute walk to the old city."
