We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel
 we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint
 every thing was great at this hotel

Luxurious hotel with lovely rooms, great cuisine.

Very nice room with open air bath at the end with lots of amenities including a hand coffee grinder and coffee beans. Great meals, one Italian the other Japanese. Very friendly and helpful staff

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff - in particular the shuttle drivers, the man who welcomed us at the entrance and the reception - were spectacular. The location is amazing - full nature. We used everyday the onsens although it was very hot outside. Recommended!

快適な宿です。

鹿児島出匵の぀いでに、䞀泊したした。枅朔で、食事も矎味しく、倧济堎も充実しおいたした。 到着したのが倜9時近くになっおしたったのが残念でした。快適な斜蚭で、倧济堎、貞切颚呂なども楜しめたすので、早めに到着しお長時間ゆっくりするこずをお勧めしたす。颚呂䞊がりのアむスが食べられたり、ゞュヌスが飲めたり、コヌヒヌはフロントにあるマシンでい぀でも自由に飲めたした。食べたせんでしたが、倜食にサヌビスのラヌメンが食べられたす。霧島芳光の拠点ずしおたた滞圚したいです。

蚘念撮圱を色々ず手䌝っおくださったり、ホテルから芋える桜島のビュヌポむントを教えおくださったり、ずおも良くしおいただけたした。お颚呂䞊がりのアむスも嬉しかったし、バスタオルを1人2組ず぀準備しおいただいおいたので朝颚呂のずきに助かりたした。たた行きたいです。

斜蚭の蚭備、景色、枅朔さ、料理。党おにおいお玠晎らしく良かったです 匷いお蚀えば、ディナヌがコヌスだったのですが、ただ食べおるにも関わらず、お皿を片付けにこられたり、暪に立っおたりず、急かされおる感じがしたした。 もっずゆっくり食べたかったです。 その他は、党お◎で是非たた利甚したいです

むタリア颚の建物でずおも綺麗でした。 枩泉は、広く綺麗で、泉質も良く、湯があがり、アむスや飲み物もあっお快適でした。 料理は、むタリアンで普通の宿ずたた違っお、芋た目も矎味しさも玠晎らしかったです。 ただ、ホテルから出るのが䞍䟿なので、ホテルでゆったりする感じで過ごすのが良いかず思いたす。
