"Maybe not many people know this place, but Royal Indah Cabin is a hidden gem worth staying at. It’s easy to find on Google Maps, has large parking, friendly staff, and includes breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the water heater works well, and the lake and mountain views are amazing. It’s also close to Dermaga Kedisan and a minimarket, which makes it really convenient. "Absolutely incredible stay at The White Villas, I will stay here every time I come back to Ubud. Beautiful villa, grounds, staff and breakfast. We stayed in the villa closest to the pool with 3 young children and it was perfect. It is a quiet street and area however super walkable to the market and all areas in Central Ubud. We will be back."

"This is a beautiful property, the food and staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful. They keep the property up, spray twice a day to keep the mosquitoes down. They also have complementary bug spray plug-ins for the walls. I didn’t like the garden villa bathroom/shower had a small opening to the outside. The pool villa was gorgeous and completely closed off. I like that better than the other villas with vents to the outside.. the pool water is cool not heated and my pool Villa must’ve been some kind of bird or animal on the roof because it kept dropping poop right in front of my pool villa. I did not like that but they cleaned it up every time. It sits on the hill maybe 10min from the market, construction 🚧 going on in the area so the roads were rough but I loved my stay there "

Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds.
