"No light in my room, staff not interested in solving problems, only one towel in the bathroom for a couple. I am really disappointed by poor quality service and staffing behavior"

"Not worth the money spent. Finishing on rooms not up to standard. Ended up staying in 4 rooms over 7 day period, due to: dirty bath, no plug for bath, no warm water/ water drying up completely on two occasions, bed bugs, toilet seat broken, plug broken Meals were great and staff helpful"
