There was no laundry facility, the pictures showed a bathroom facility that was much nicer than ours, there was no staff on site when we arrived, and the first day we were there, there was no hot water for showers, until they turned the heater back on."

"Not a good experience at all. To start the wifi info is not posted anywhere at all, meaning you are stranded if you don't have a sim.
