"The hotel was great until the last night when things fell apart. Ordered room service and a drink. Got the food but no drink. Tipped the hotel staff great money on the promise he would deliver my drink. That didn’t happen. Plus I noticed they already take an automatic tip when the order is place Also the back parking lot had lots going on. Lots of people screaming at each other and car alarms going off. Don’t know why but no one seemed to care. I was up 6 floors with the window closed and...

"We had a great stay at this hotel, and we especially enjoyed the pool (who doesn't love a warm swim in the middle of the winter?) The only thing to know was that our room was missing a heat control, and we happened to have stayed during an extremely cold and windy night. Also, we weren't quite sure how to lock the bathroom door? However, that wasn't too much of an issue as long as everyone knows that you are in there Besides that, the hotel is very clean, and we had a great view of the water....
