The room was really nice overall. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the kitchen floor was kind of dirty. The windows work but need repair and the parking area was not well maintained given the winter weather. The beds and furniture were cozy and the space was perfect for our family of 6. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. Three super minor, small issues: a pan was rusting through, the bathroom fan was broken, and our blinds were stuck. Only blinds no curtains. Loved having an actual kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage. Very quiet. Good wifi. Great location. Would come back!

Good contact to the reception, very helpful, flexible and quickly answering. The Hotel is located in a nice area for hiking. The room had a good size but is a little aged and average clean (dust on several surface). especially the bathroom was quite big but almost without options to hang up towels or place things. The breakfast was very simple and offered very few variety.

Loved everything about our stay here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The chalet we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

We had a great stay! Location was great and the inn is very picturesque. Waffles/toast/cereal for breakfast. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely return!

Perfect for family of four!

Completely and unexpectedly perfect! We had a spacious room with a little kitchen, 10min from Belleayre. Super clean and toasty warm even when it was 0F outside. Highly recommend!

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful suite. Only downside was the restaurant on the property was not fully stocked, even though the menu has only a few item on it. After a long day’s drive it was a bit inconvenient to drive to another restaurant in the area.

The rooms were modern and spacious. WiFi was helpful because cell coverage very limited. Breakfast is basic but very gfi and more than I was expecting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Lovely find! Quaint and quiet with mountains and trees surroundings. Dining and bar right underneath the rooms with an outdoor area for chairs circling a fire ring. We felt like the only ones there on the weekend. Beautiful fall foliage drive to Phoenicia and Woodstock.

Got a free upgrade. Quiet property in the heart of the Catskills. Woke up to the sound of birds and the Esopus Creek. Close to trailheads for many of the Catskill 35’ers. Would absolutely recommend to hikers looking for a home base for a few days.

My efficiency room was just what I needed. Kitchenette was excellent for coffee and a simple breakfast. Dishes and cups were not as clean as they could be. Microwave could use a good cleaning. Bathroom was fine. The fire pit is a nice touch except people were around the fire pit talking loudly till late in the night, which is disturbing if you are trying to sleep. Perhaps instituting quiet hours would be helpful. Overall a fine stay.
