"First time in Saudi and we have been all over the country. I've left 5 star reviews on all hotels and it pains me to say, I can't do that here. First of all, the place is clean and beautiful. The rooms are really clean and well done. The fit essentially ce ter is top notch. We had some frustration that in the kitchenette there wasn't at least silverware or plates. In all the others we at least had that. Also, the AC would stop in the middle of that which woke us up. Again, nothing that can't be fixed. Checking was really frustrating. Nobody to help us with our bags and had to come back and ask about wifi. Wanted to ask about breakfast was just told to call a number. Then at checkout, I was told that I couldn't get a copy of my bill because I used Expedia. This isn't correct as we have received copies from all of the other hotels that we have been to. I'd stay here again because the price was very good and the place is nice. Just wish things would have been better at checking and checkout."

"We love the hotel! The service is excellent, the receptionists are professional and caring, the doorman is efficient. The ONLY 'complaint' is the signage for Careem and Uber drivers to find the driveway to the hotel is not clear from the street! LOL. Mapping Apps show the location of the hotel on the street, directly in front of the main front door....but that is no help to the hire drivers. Perhaps the hotel could put better signage on the street (in Arabic and English) to help drivers to find the front door! Otherwise- we love the hotel and the Italian restaurant has a limited menu, but everything we have eaten there over 3 different visits has been excellent!"
