Great new facilities, wonderful staff everybody is smiling. Only bad experience was in hotel restaurant. First night was great meal and second night when chef was not in the kitchen, i had a terrible experience with the food. Hope they will take more care of the restaurant

The front office staff provided a warm welcome and ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. A special note of appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their meticulous work. I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the public areas to my room. A particular thank you to Manish, whose attention to detail and dedication were truly outstanding. Very low shower water pressure… couldn’t shower comfortably… also water temperature is too cold…most unpleasant shower experience overall. The bed was sunken in the usual spots so I had to sleep in areas that weren’t over-slept on…tv didn’t have more than one English Channel… won’t be back
