"Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. "

"It would seem that this is a place where people have decided to stay long-term, for purely a bed, a place to shower, and it being minorly cheaper than other hotels and hostels. The guy beneath me seemed to have made it his own place and snored like it too. "

"Nice clean hostel located right in the centre of Hanoi old quarter! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms in each room were modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Amazing value for money"

"I am so lucky to know this accommodation. This accommodation is reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable, and is located in a very nice place from all the tourist attractions around. From laundry service to airport pick-up service, this accommodation had everything I needed and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. Best of all, it was nice to feel the host doing her best for the convenience of the guests. Recommendation!"

"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. "I have stayed at this hotel before and I will continue to stay here when I am in Hanoi, Vietnam!! They just got their new Breakfast room open, and it is Lovely!!! The front desk Staff went out of their way again for me!!! My flight was canceled back to the USA, so they were able to allow me to stay in my current room for two more days, which took a little effort on their part!!!! I like everything about this Hotel, but especially the STAFF!!! This is a Charming Botique Hotel!!!!!!!!"

" We were are a group of 6 and the experience for us were amazing. Hotel staffs welcomed us right after we got off the bus, assisted with the luggage and escorted us to the hotel lobby. Our checking process was done by Da and he is the best. Da throughly explained everything about the rooms we have booked, facilities available at the hotel and even went out of his way to explain everything we should know about the area such as attractions, coffee shops and restaurants, etc. As for the rooms it was beautiful, had all the amenities and facilities we needed and very spacious. The hotel itself is also located within walking distance of all the places we would want to go, making it a bonus point for us. Everything was amazing, the hotel were beautiful and the staffs were the best. The staffs themselves were 5* "
