"My main takeaway is that the hotel is not really designed for familys or anyone with medical needs/disability or longer stays. The hotel was nice itself and staff were nice - if not a tad understaffed. This hotel gave the impression of penny pinching especially considering the cost of the stay - I was disappointed. There was no fridges in any of the rooms nor anywhere to put things (like a communal fridge or something). In a family/disability room especially this is simply negligence. What if you had insulin that needed to be kept in a fridge or a baby that needed milk? Sometimes a fridge is a necessity not a luxury especially for the catergorys ive mentioned. For a premium £185 a night i was shocked. (Stayed 4 nights). The room needed some maintenance (peeling table, dirty grout, marks on wall etc) and as I said for £185 I felt like it was lackluster. The breakfast was mid, the hotel was just not for me overall. Its very single person/younger couples friendly for a night but no more than 2."

"Recommended. Great location, a short walk from Queen Street Station. Signature double bed was super-comfortable and the rooms facing the inner courtyard were quiet at night (the rooms facing the south can suffer from street noise). There is no car parking on site, however, there is a 50% discount with NCP Glasshouse a couple blocks over (show reception your ticket and you get an additional one which grants discount) meaning that you pay £9 per night."

"Lovely hotel, generous sized room. Breakfast is varied & delicious. Where you que for coffee isn't ideal as it snarls up the entrance. I thought id booked bed & breakfast but discovered at check in the cost was minus breakfast so another almost £150 to pay for 4 x2 😬 On exit the carpark cost £48 for 4 night stay. All adds up so quite expensive 😅"
