Our favorite hotel of our trip. We were charged by the Hotel for the room that was pre paid with Expedia rewards but sure it will be sorted soon. Hope to stay there again.

Hotel, facilities and staff was excellent, had to give it a 3 star as I could not get any sleep due to the people next door making a lot of noise....the night porter spoke to them twice, and they still carried on with the noise !

I was in room 211, lovely double room , unfortunately the kitchen fan goes off at 10, and is on again at 6 in the morning.

This was okay and I wouldn't not go again. My room was boiling hot due to warm weather and there's no AC. I was slightly annoyed that they don't let you open your bedroom window more that an inch or two - apparently due to our old friend "Health & Safety". However that same Health & Safety doesn't seem to apply to to being seriously cooked by dangerously hot room. Rules is rules, as they say! Hotel is neither in Prestwick nor Ayr. Breakfast was nice and as I say, not terrible overall.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel over the Christmas period. Very modern hotel and beautifully decorated. Room was tastefully decorated and bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet continental and full Scottish breakfast. We recommend and would definitely stay here again.
