スタッフの笑顔の対応が良いし、大浴場、朝食も素晴らしいです。反面、客室の洗面下の水漏れ、襖紙の著しい破れの放置は、とても残念でした。改装は莫大な費用が必要ですし、コロナ禍、震災の影響があったと思います。アイデアと工夫で乗り越えて下さい。

日本人は利用しない方が良い。

韓国人団体が90%以上で既に日本人向けでは無い。風呂も人が多く湯が汚そうで辞めた。又、ホテル到着時年配の男性が居たが、荷物を降ろす時には逃げており台車も何も自分で準備する必要が有る。勿論、何処に駐車して良いのかも判らず聞きに行く必要が有った。

大浴場が二箇所あったのですが一つはサウナ、水風呂、露天風呂が使用できず。もう一つも露天風呂が入るのが無理な低温度で残念でした。

1人1室利用したがひろい和室で高級感はないが雰囲気が良かった。大風呂も広く露天風呂も充実していてサウナ、水風呂もあり楽しめた。マッサージ器無料。ホテル入口は24時間出入り出来るので近くのスナックで深夜まで遊んでてもすぐに部屋へ戻れる。素泊りだったが近くに飲食店多くて楽しいところだった。

殘舊的日式溫泉旅館

偏僻、買嘢唔方便、個別職員態度麻麻、附近有很多午夜儷人搵客，可取的是有溫泉浸及免費泊車，但都比較殘舊，走廊及房間也是，再來熊本基本上都唔會再考慮呢間。

구로가와 온천 가기 좋은 곳

하룻밤 묵기 좋으며 그냥 거쳐가기 좋은 시골 동네에 조용하고 공기 좋은 큰 료칸 같은 느낌을 받았어요! 렌트를 해야 움직이는데 도움이 되고 구마모토와 아소산을 한 바퀴 돌고 저녁에 들어와서 쉬는 곳 보다는 잠자는 곳이라고 생각하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다
