Great location, partial ocean view,lovely grounds,overlooking fragrant plumeria trees in bloom, 100’ palm trees overlooking the ocean . Room was right across elevators , even if there were bedroom windows, we wouldn’t have opened. Which was uncomfortable (with 90’ weather) and no air conditioning in bedroom. Lots of ocean toys,laundry room a plus, especially to beable to wash beddin and linens in our own scent free detergent. Cold refrigerator and gas stove a plus!! Plenty of pots and pans- however most unusable due to coating all scratched up. It was in the 90’s every day, because we had a problem with air conditioners at a previous rental ( with another company) and requested that this unit be checked and cleaned. It wasn’t clean and we couldn’t use it . We were somewhat confused on who to call and got the run around from the vrbo main office. Once we figured out to call the local office our concerns were taken care of. Keoni (sp) was wonderful at communicating. Even tho we had a rough start ,eventually things worked out. Thank you for taking care of us with compassion and kindness Thank you for taking good

Older style cozy condo with a great view.

Property is older and the screen door on the deck worn out and barely slides without a lot of force (probably not good for older folks to fight). The knobes on the louvered windows have to pushed against really hard to close louvers or the knobes just unscrew out. Other then that, the condo was comfortable and appliances were newer and fine. There was a minor problem with some tiny baby roaches coming out in the kitchen counter areas. Management was made aware and said they would be erradicated once I checked out...really a minor issue and was no problem to deal with for my short stay. All the staff on property were really nice and the condo on the 6th floor made for a view of the water and nice trade wind breezes in the evening. Most things you need are within walking distance and the beach is just across the street.

Wonderful experience!

Wow, the views from the balcony! Every day I saw whales while sipping my tea :) the condo has everything you need. A small cooler, a beach umbrella and chairs, tennis rackets, beach towels, and the friendliest ground and office staff ever! Mahalo Maui!

Great location, beach-ready apartment.

Had a great stay here. Five minute walk to Kama’ole beach where we had an excellent snorkeling experience. Bring in Kihei we were a short walk from anything we needed. The apartment has beach gear that we made great use of and were very grateful for. All in all a good stay. My only recommendation for the unit we were in would be to upgrade the bed in there. I found it to be stiff and any time my partner or I moved it seemed to shake the entire bed. This did not have a big effect on our stay but would have made it even better.

I’m giving an extra star for the great location. And the bed was comfortable. Other than that, I’ve stayed at motels that were better maintained than the unit we stayed at. There is no AC in the bedroom and it gets hot. The bathroom is so tiny you have to towel off still in the shower stall, there is no room to turn around outside it. Only one shower door opens, the other appears to be glued in place with some sort of thick, rust colored, creepy looking substance. Toilet paper holder is pulling away from the wall. The living room floor has water damage. Living room drapes do not close because a part of hardware broke off and is hanging off the rod. Wish I could include photos of all the above. We love Kihei and will keep coming back when we can but we will not stay here again. Too bad, the location is perfect.

We rented one bedroom in this property. Main bedroom does not have air conditioning! Small windows on top of the closet, and you not able to close them, day time is hot and after 3-4am is beginning to feel good in September. 21st century and No air conditioning in a bedroom, not enjoyable to sleep at all. Plus neighbors smoke on the balcony from 6am every morning and everything goes right in to the room, we have 2 kids and they have to sleep in this condition as well. We let the managers know about this issue and they told us this is not smoking area and they not allowed to smoke there, but nothing is changed even after we spoke with the people smoking on the balcony, they just repeatedly smoke next days. The safe box not working. Remote control from the tv not working (no tv is good for us, no problem with that). Other then that room is good:) they have everything you need for a good vacation, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cooler, everything for kitchen etc. 2 swimming pools good condition. If you ok to sleep without air conditioning, and take a chance to deal with smoking neighbors because your windows have to be open all the time it is good place to stay.

We stayed here from 10/21/23 to 10/28/23. The property was close to the beach, restaurants, stores, had two pools that were easily accessible from 9am to 9pm, front office staff were friendly and helpful during our in person contact. The parking was also convenient. It was great to have an elevator access, keyless entry to the property and easy access to the trash chute on each floor. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and lushes greens from our balcony. However, the furniture (sofa) appears to be weak and the bed felt unstable. We were afraid of moving too much because we might fall off the bed. On the first day, we discovered the TV's volume didn't work. We notified the front office and they send maintenance to assess it. He determined the TV needs to be replaced. He returned the next day with a new TV in the box; unfortunately, the TV didn't fit on the current TV stand because it was too big. He said he told the front office that it was too big but they told him to bring it to the condo anyways to see if there is a way to set it up for use during our stay. He was not able to set up the TV and said he will let the front office know that he was not able to install the new TV; to see what they (front office staff) want him to do; either to get a new TV stand or mount it on the wall. That was Wednesday. We never heard from maintenance again and we never had the opportunity to use the TV during our entire stay. Pots needs updating too.

AC is only in livingroom not bedroom so be warned a summer stay will be HOT sleeping! However the old livingroom couch does sleep one and even though it’s very old it’s incredibly comfortable! I had to sleep on the couch my entire trip in order to sleep with any AC

Paid for my stay on Expedia and as soon as we landed in Maui was charged again by the property. The place was very nice and I would recommend but being charged twice put a damper on our trip

This place is in a perfect location. The beach is across the street. Restaurants and gift shops are within walking distance around the corner. It's quiet and peaceful at night. Very very Nice!!
