Outdoor gas grills were nice! Pool and hot tub were great! Hot tub was hot! Area appears to be really safe and the beach was across the street. We watched the sunset every night at the beach! Unit was great for our needs! Would definitely stay again.

It seemed like everything that could go wrong did. Asked if we could check in early (no call back letting us know one way or the other), code didn’t work to get into our room, air conditioner was on a timer (nobody told us and so we assumed it didn’t work), back door didn’t lock, WiFi didn’t work, and water temp cool (not warm) BUT all of these things were addressed promptly when brought to their attention.

The location was very convenient as it was a quick walk to the beach and there were a lot of food and grocery options within a 5-10min drive. The room condition was clean and as expected. The host was very kind and quick at responding, and allowed us an additional 3 hrs for late check out. This was very much appreciated!!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed!!! There was even beach chairs, a Boogie board, snorkel and mask, and even a bamboo fishing pole, life vests/floaties. Clean and recently remodeled. Complex was well maintained with friendly staff!!!

We have stayed at the Maui Banyan several times before. Our room, Q405 was very clean and had an excellent partial ocean view. The unit was just missing a few kitchen items, such as a “flipper” and cutting board…nothing that affected our enjoyment of Maui. The grounds are very well kept, and bbq area kept spotless! We would request this unit when we return to beautiful Maui once again!

What a deal! Definitely top of my list. Full kitchen, living area, spacious bedroom, 2 bathroom showers, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Minutes walk to beach. Ten minute walk to restaurants and stores. Two (2) pools and free parking. I’m going back soon 😎

The property is well-situated as it is walking distance to places to eat and the beach is across the street. However, the AC is poor so we did not sleep well. It is on a 4 hour timer so when it turns off in the middle of the night you wake up roasting and have to get up to turn the timer AC back on. We will NOT stay here again for that reason.

Hotel was small and cramped. Front office was about 3 hotel properties down the street to get towels. Unpleasant odor from furniture and ac wall unit. We got a small room cramped with an oversized mini fridge next to the tv dresser reducing clearance from the front door to the beds. The room next door was what I was expecting. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and washer and dryer. Nearly 3 times bigger than what we got. So dissatisfied with this hotel. Will never book with them again.

This property is outdated and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase. These are condo buildings where individual owners rent out different units, so the experience varies widely. While I’ve heard some condos here are spacious and in better condition, most units are old and run-down. If there’s limited information or photos available for the specific condo you're considering, it’s likely to be one of the bad one. Additionally, Expedia does not honor its 24-hour cancellation policy for this property, and it misleadingly lists it as a 3.5-star hotel instead of a condo-style apartment building, which feels like a misrepresentation.
