"I order a room at 20.30 by hotel.com. 10 minuttes later the hotel call me to inform me that there's no personel after 22.00 (It's the beginning of KielerWoche, it was a reasonably senario).
I got the best off wellcoming af 21.15 and a nice calm room.
Breakfast is average good german quality, nothing fancy and at a fair price. "
