Freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist gut, sowohl vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar und zudem nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Kreuzfahrtterminnal enttfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich ein REWE-Einkaufsmarkt mit langen Öffnungszeiten und ein dm-Drogeriemarkt.

Falsche Rechnung bekommen

Freundlicher Service am Telefon. Habe bei Reservierung nach einem Parkplatz gefragt. Am Tag der Anreise war niemand an der Rezeption ohne Schild wann/ob jemand wieder da sein würde. Erst nachdem ich im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus geparkt hat, kam die Dame zurück. Ich hätte bei der Bezahlung die Rechnung prüfen sollen, da mir die Dame auch noch die Rechnung eines anderen Gastes gegeben hat.
