"The pool was out of order but was advertised as working. Shower overflowed everytime it was used. It would flood the entire bathroom floor. Was told that we could change rooms then it didnt happen. The television also did not work.

"The hotel isn’t located in the heart of Pattaya, but it has parking available, which is convenient. Unfortunately, when I stayed there, all the rooms were fully booked, and on my floor, some guests were quite drunk and knocked on my door throughout the night.
On the positive side, the rooms look new and feel quite private. However, the bed was very firm, so it’s more suitable for a short stay. The price is reasonable, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I think having a security guard...

"This place amazed me how easy the check in and check out was. Also worker explained everything to us. I immediately soon as she was done telling me told her I wanted to get a second date. She agreed and we extended our trip. Market is about a 7-9 minute drive to Lotus and many other places. Karaoke and bbq grill. Pool was great. Shower and toilet no issues. Also ac is blasting cold. The pool cleaned daily. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend. Also security guard 24/7. This house can easily...

Only problem is location!! Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites.
No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!"

"The executive club room was an excellent choice. Gorgeous room and view. The pool has the best view ever but unfortunately we didn’t use it because it was too cold. It doesn’t get much sun in December. It would probably be great in April when it’s really hot.
The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Special mention to Jet on the welcome desk. He was always so happy and helpful and goes out of his way to assist. Also a shout out to Ploy who looked after us everyday in the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea. The Hilton are very lucky to have these two staff members on their team. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, food, rooftop view and definitely the staff."
