"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "First off, the pool is absolutely amazing! Well worth the stage just because of the beautiful pool overlooking a giant, beautiful cliff and ocean view. Drinking watermelon shakes and fresh coconuts, cooling up by the pool, looking at the view was something I will not forget. It is on a hill, but a good way to get your exercise in every day, and still close to everything. I highly recommend! Oh, and breakfast was vast and delicious as well."

"First time in phuket for my mums birthday and we honestly loved our stay here. It was close to everything walking distance. They even surprised my mum with a birthday cake and decorations without being asked which was so kind of them . The breakfast was nice as-well. It’s definitely worth the price you’re paying."

Staff everywhere in Vietnam are friendly this was no exception Main Street is like a breath of fresh air clean modern and not vi Stanton hassled Loved the place and could live there if you want restaurants a few bars beautifully beach’s an no hassles The hotel just at one end so beautiful walk one side back the other. From the custom robes to the private patio pool, every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a unique and relaxing experience. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond in a way we have rarely experienced anywhere else. We highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a private oasis—a place to relax, recharge, and unwind after a day of exploring. We would gladly stay here again."
