I applied very little pressure to it while drying my hands on a towel. I talked to them they offered me a new room I told them I was ok just wanted to avoid issues with poor construction (drying rack had three holes to screw in they used 2). "Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the BTS sky train and is in close proximity to many restaurants and malls. Staff was very attentive and professional. However the property is showing its age and could use a renovation. Elevators were quite slow and one was down for maintenance during our week stay. AC was a bit weak in common areas and halls but worked great inside the room. "
