Hotels near Khlong Muang Beach

"Nakamanda is my home away from home when staying in Krabi. It is situated on an inlet to the bay and the outside restaurant overlooks this bay. The resort is very well kept, the staff very professional and helpful in all aspects. Their friendliness made you feel like part of the family structure. The rooms are large, well kept with a bath and all amenities that you could want. The villas are situated in a jungle setting with a stone stairway leading down to the beach or up to the main counter area. The food is excellent and well presented. There is a wide variety of food such as Thai and European. There are plenty of shops such as The Beach Club, massage etc, and one 7/11 within walking distance. Because of the excellent quality of the resort and staff, this is my resort of choice when staying in Krabi. The main town of Ao Nang is approximately 17 km away but travel using Grab is no problem."

"Horrible experience overall. The only positive thing was the architecture which was very nice. However, they only have one elevator near the lobby. If you have mobility issues, you will have to walk up two or three floors or walk a long way to the one elevator and back to your room. Worst hotel in our trip. Definately not 5 stars. The drink prices are ridiculous for Thailand and closer to NYC. Everyone leaves the resort for dinner and the place is totally dead. They would not even arrange transportation to the next resort or offer help. We had to do it all ourselves. Other resorts were much much more helpful. The beach is just horrible. It is rocky and it has a large commercial dock with cargo ships being loaded and off loaded. You also cross a busy and noisy street. Not nearly enough chairs at the pool and maybe 15 at the beach. No beach umbrellas. Just not a pleasant experience. If I could give it zero stars, I would."

"We stayed 4 nights and loved the beachfront location! Our room was a good size, with a big bathroom, safe and fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is about 15 minutes from Ao Nang and 30+ minutes to Krabi town and airport. Each morning we enjoyed the long walk on the beach and spent time under the trees on the loungers during the day. Lots of restaurant choices in the area including at the Bliss Resort. We would love to return to this area again! "

"Here’s our take on the Anyavee Krabi Resort: We spent four nights in a deluxe pool access room, and it was lovely. The room was spacious, spotless, and stepping straight into the pool from the front patio was a treat. Now, the breakfast? Pretty decent. But the restaurant for lunch or dinner? Not our top pick—twice the price of nearby spots, and you can easily feast better at some of the restaurants within walking distance. Cat lovers, rejoice, this place has feline charm roaming all around. But the real crown jewel is the stunning Klong Muang Beach, right at your doorstep. It’s a breathtaking stretch of sand, perfect for a swim, even when the tide plays coy. Yes, the resort shows a bit of age, but who needs ultra-modern when you’ve got natural beauty? A solid 9/10, we’d happily stay again."
