"Really like that staff they were awesome , Aum and the others treated me well my whole stay thank you all I’ll be back the views and roof top pools were a plus and location is great…."

"The room was clean and spacious. The only problems encountered: the TV didn't work and had to be reset be staff the next day, the overhead shower button was stuck which only allowed use of the smaller shower head, and the radio would randomly come on at night. I had to unplug it. "

"The Room service staff needs to be able to communicate and understand English instead of just relying on the order number of the dish in the food menu to take orders. I simply asked if they had pan fried salmon ( as the menu in the room was incomplete ) for room service , the phone was passed around so many times to different staff and in the end still nobody understood my simple question. I think this is unacceptable for room service . What if a guest has food allergy and want to ask about the contents of the food/dish? The staff must be able to handle that kind of questions…. They are basic questions expected. "

"The check in process was efficient. The breakfast on offer was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean but a little attention to attend to some mold in my bathroom shower area needs a little attention. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay."

"We love the location and we even have stayed at Terminal 21 and space hotel but this one is right on the beach. For my daughter which is 7 she liked the space hotel but over all we loved the staff and property and rooms were nice as well "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing modern, clean the staff was excellent. I literally did not need to leave to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Breakfast, delicious with many food options. The restaurant on the 1st floor great and affordable. My only gripe with the hotel is their rooftop bar and lounge. The ambiance is great, but it's not open long they should extend their rooftop hours. But overall, this would be my first choice to stay when visiting again."
