"We booked 2 rooms here, the gentleman at the front desk called to check on our whereabouts because he leaves the office at 10. When we arrived and picked up our keys, one of the door locks was broken. The room we did get into, was not the cleanest. It's an older hotel. What gets this hotel the 5 stars is the staff. We called the after hours number and they got us checked into another hotel for the evening. They were responsive and immediately took care of us. "
