"The hotel was good overall. Nice pool, the campus was relatively clean, free breakfast was decent. That said, our pullout couch was not clean. When I opened it, there were still dirty sheets and pillows wedged inside, so clearly no one had inspected or cleaned it. There was also a dirty towel hanging in the wardrobe, the bathroom sink did not drain, and there was an odd gas-like smell in the bathroom. The biggest disappointment, though, was the fact that the shuttle to Busch Gardens was out of service. That was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel - I didn’t want to deal with (and pay for!) parking. It would have been helpful if they could have offered discounted parking or partnered with one of the other hotels to help with the service."

"beautiful lobby. great location to local restaurants like ruth chris, olive garden and longhorn steakhouse. thats where it ends. rooms are outdated. the mirror above the desk is bigger than the tv. the beds are the most uncomfortable beds and all the elevators make a scary sqeaky noise. saved the best for last. on my last night/day at 5am i wemt to use the bathroom and found a cockroach on the nightstand!! i woke my husband up who literally had to move furniture around just to kill it. i call the front desk and they asked me if I wanted to switch rooms.Why would I want to switch rooms if there might be bugs there too? when i said that the kid responded with ok ill put that room down for maintenence. of course i couldnt sleep after that and we checked out early. for a Ramada, past the lobby, it looked and felt like a motel! "
