Upon check in, I was told the room that was reserved for me did not have a working air conditioner so they were trying to find me a different room. La Concha Key West, Autograph Collection
We went to dining area for dinner. Were told they were closed& were offered a bar menu. No thank you. If I wanted to eat at the bar, that is where I would have gone. No breakfast offered by 11am on May 11. Did not have an opportunity to use our $15 per day.
