"I inquired about room service and was told by the front desk clerk there was room service I attempted to obtain room service and found out that in fact there was none. When I brought this to the attention of though same Front Desk clerk, she listened, then averted her eyes and ignored me. "

"Great resort. Much bigger than most in Key West. The buildings are older but the remodel is very nice. The staff is extremely helpful with check I and out really smooth. The amenities are excellent with 2 pools and bars that have food available at both. The food was good as well. There is also an hourly free shuttle that drop off and pick up at the Waterfront Brewery close to Duval St. Make sure to reserve a spot on the bus or you won't get on. "

"It was ok. The pool area was average at best. There's a huge area to one side of the pool that was empty. It should have been filled with loungers because there weren't enough and they were a bit ratty and not very comfortable. Could have cleaned the leaves out of the pool and whirlpool better as well. When I arrived, I was told the elevator was out. Then I asked where I was and it was rm 433...only 3 flights of stairs. Never got fixed the days I was there. Never even saw anyone working on it. I'm not an invalid but the guy telling me oh it's only 3 flights wasn't helpful. He offered to have someone take my bag but, how about fix the damn elevator. Night Kayak was great and food was decent in the restaurant but a bit pricey."

"Beware!! As of mid March 2026 there were approximately 20-23 deck chairs in pool area. For a property of this size and with a beautiful pool in Key West this was terrible. Went to go to pool at 0900 and every chair was taken. The guest who had been there a day or so knew the game. I observed many people come out to pool with no where to sit or lay out. Do better Hampton Inn. "

"It’s totally awesome. The people there were outstanding hospitality was amazing so friendly. The pool was gorgeous and you have shuttles that go to the beach and go to town every hour and pick you up. Every hour rooms clean great time and love of those warm chocolate chip cookies amazing."

"Stayed in 8 hotels during our Florida vacation and this was by far everyone's favorite! Clean, spacious, boutique feel to it rather than your typical hotel/resort. Highly recommend! "
