"If I came back I would book a room high up maybe that would help with the noise early morning from the chickens that roam the island. Shuttle drivers and service were amazing. Property is nice had a nice pool and lots of games around to play. "

"This hotel is HORRJBLE in terms of customer service. Expedia sent NO reminders of my upcomjnv reservation ( For $650.!) and Hyatt, even though not sold out charged my credit card the full amount. NO ONE would help, even in offering a partial refund. Going forward I will NEVER do business with expedia and will go out of my way to choose Marriott over Hyatt whenever possible. At least Marriott cares about their customers. Itis ABUNDANTLY CLEAR Hyatt does not "

"The hotel was adequate. There were no vending machines nor ice machines available to guests. We had rented a cart and at no time could we pull up to the bank of chargers to plug in. The same carts were in the same spots at all times. The pool definitely needs more chairs and towels."

"Beautiful scenery. Staff was very helpful. Accommodations were great. Couple massage was amazing. Food and drinks at restaurant and bar were delicious. Close walking distance to downtown shops and water activities. Nice place for a getaway. "
