"AC was good, but very loud when running. Very clean rooms, but could use some updating. Most of the staff was friendly except the guy at check out as he could not provide a printed invoice or tell us total cost as we booked room thru Hotels.com. Told us it would be emailed to us but have yet to receive it a day later. "

"We rented the loft that sleeps 8 and it was okay. Some of the photos were confusing so we weren't exactly sure what we were getting. There are three queen beds and one pullout that's basically springs with a thin pad on top. The staircase is a death trap. The kids were fine with it but if you have any older people, don't plan on putting them upstairs. The AC units did a great job though. Also, we thought the unit had a washer/dryer but it's a laundry room in another building. And the floor needs to be mopped. I don't think it ever has been. Overall, it's what you'd expect for the price. The woman at the front office was very nice though. And it's ultra close to the beach."

"Chose to book this property due to high reviews, this was a mistake, checked into room #26, laid down to go to bed and noticed my arms and back felt wet, got up and relized the mattress was URINE soaked under the covers, Went to the lobby to request another room, the new room at least didnt have a urine soaked bed. "

"My room had a sewer odor. I maintenance man came in and sprayed Clorox deodorant. I requested a new room. It smelled like dog urine. "

"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and torn. These items took away from an exceptional experience."

"It was fine but i wish the breakfast had more variety. Perhaps freshly cut fruit yogurt and other options than just pastry and cereal. No breakfast sausage or bacon . I'm really a guy who needs some kind of meat on the menu. Other than that everything was satisfactory."
