"Upon arriving at 9pm my suite was not ready, mind you check in is at 3pm. There was no communication of the delay. When I entered, there was a lobby full of people & luggage, They estimated a 30 min wait time with a defaulted apology. They offered me to go eat at a near by restaurant with the promise that my suite would be ready. Unfamiliar with the area & traveling with an infant I asked to leave my luggage & he refused. "The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned."
