The room is lovely and warm. Our dog was able to stay and come down for breakfast which made the experience so much better. "

"Wonderful location. Flat was not cleaned, crumbs and food all over the sofa. Lift was broken, only one roll of toilet paper in the flat (2 bathrooms) and no dish towels to wash dishes so we had to purchase TP and dish cloths."
