"Room was dirty when we arrived. Went to go to the poll but no towels and a sign stating that an attendant would return in an hour "

"Room was fine, a little on the small side. Overall it was fairly clean, but the back and the base of toilet needed a lot more attention. Hotel seemed quiet overall but the room doors slam very loudly. We arrived about 45 minutes before the standard check in time (3pm) and were told we’d have to pay $60 to check in early, so that was frustrating. Parking is $25/night so don’t bring a car unless you’re fine with this hefty additional charge, and if you do have a car, use the pull through lane by the lobby to stop for check in, don’t park in the lot - another person parked to come in for check in and was given a parking ticket in that short time! Gym is nice, but our daughter was disappointed there was no pool. "

"This was a last minute book as I had a 12 hour wait at airport for my connecting flight. Thank goodness they allowed me to book at last minute as I did not want to wait 12 hours at restaurant. The room was clean, however, there is no TV in the bedroom, only in the common area. The area is in the basement of someone’s home, which I did not expect. There are two rooms in the basement with a shared bathroom. Thank goodness I was the only one there. While I definitely appreciate the short notice booking, I can tell that the space is used by the family when there are no bookings. Is not a designated space only used for bookings. They have a cat, which stayed upstairs. If you have cat allergies then this may not be a good fit. Overall, it was a very good fit for my needs. "It would be great to have shared public areas for consumers to use. Since the owners are staying home daily, it’s not very comfortable to use the living room and kitchen. The towels are also quite smelly. It would be wonderful if the heater or air conditioning were working so that there’s fresh air circulating. "
