"While the room is great, the service and communication is terrible. I had workers doing maintenance right outside my door at 4am and unfortunately there is no peephole so I had to get dressed to open the door and check what was going on. The ladder was right up against the door, hence all the noise. The maintenance staff were very apologetic but the hotel itself couldn’t have cared less. There are also no breakfast or coffee facilities in the morning. Overall there are better places to stay."

"My stay at Desa Di Bali Villas was nothing short of amazing. The villa itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed — a perfect blend of modern comfort and Balinese charm. Although the surrounding area is quite lively, the villa remains a peaceful oasis where you can truly relax and unwind. Breakfast is served daily from 7–10 a.m. with a wide variety of options to choose from. The fresh fruit and juice are definitely highlights — vibrant, flavorful, and refreshing. Portions are generous and easily enough for two people. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and communicated very well throughout my stay. They made sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Overall, Desa Di Bali Villas offers an excellent balance of convenience, tranquility, and genuine hospitality — I would absolutely stay here again!"
