"I am an owner of a company in the service industry. There were two staff in particular that made my visit exceptional - Ajay (pool area) and Palwinder (sardarji at front desk). When I first entered the lobby, Palwinder was professional and provided excellent customer service. When I walked through the lobby various times, he always acknowledged and greeted myself and other guests. I highly recommend staying here. There is a view of the taj mahal from the skydeck. "Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "
