"The reason we chose that hotel was for the indoor pool. The kids couldn’t even get it because it was freezing. We asked the person at the counter to turn the air off in the pool room but he refused. The room was okay but the couch ans chair were filthy."

"I’m still pretty upset about the enormous roach in my king sized bedroom, they switched me to a smaller room and booking through Expedia refunded me $50 worth of credit from my stay. No ventilation for bathrooms, no windows either, For the price… mmm.. no comment. The food being such a low price was definitely excellent. Staff rating: did their job Breakfast: excellent I don’t drink so I didn’t check out the bar but the pool was a great reason for the stay❤️ most likely won’t be returning though unfortunately"

"The staff was very friendly. The room was nicely size, but there was a huge water stain on the ceiling, the floor was dirty, the microwave oven did not work, the front desk worker came to try to fix it but could not. Most problematic was the door. there was a half inch gap between the door and the frame. The parking lot and highway was right outside of the door, and was very loud. the airport shuttle was quick and the driver helpful"

"I used to stay here with United Airlines. On work. The place is really showing its age. The beds are definitely needing replacing. Our room was so dusty that we coughed all night long. The lobby is in great condition but the rooms the outside access having to walk through the heat just probably won’t be staying here again. you have to pay for Wi-Fi if you are not a Marriott member. You have to still put a $50 deposit down for incidentals. A bottle of soda that you would get at the store for two dollars is almost 7 dollars. Just nickel and dime and don’t forget breakfast is like $32 per person for a buffet. "

"The staff is absolutely superb from front desk to assistants to housekeeping. The room was huge w a perfect kitchenette. Fitness area was phenomenal. Pool gets sun all day long. Out front they have a fire pit which made for nice evenings."
