"The beds were clean, and AC works very well , nice shower. Very clean room overall. Nice staff but not very helpful sadly.. When i woke up in the middle of the night and noticed that there were roaches by the bed nightstand and I then contacted the front desk to see if I could get another room and they said it was too late to do that which I can understand, lol i even asked if they had roach spray and that would be good enough for me but he said they didn’t and apologized. So that’s the ONLY thing that made me very uncomfortable, and I was not able to go back to sleep but other than that, it’s a great place if they could just fix that roach problem. Or at least offer another room in the case that it happens to someone else… no matter if it’s “too late” or not. "

"A spotlessly clean and quiet hotel close to the airport. When we arrived, we called the phone number provided and arranged for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. Note however, it’s not a 24 hour service, so remember that for when your plane gets in. For us though, the timing was perfect. The driver told us that there was a free dinner offered to guests that night which was great for us not having to worry about where to get something to eat after such a long overseas flight. There are some eating places around the area though. The hotel shuttle also can take you to places within a few miles of the hotel also if required. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Friendly staff. Breakfast was provided with good variety. We would stay here again if in Houston. "

"Very hospitable, great stay for a wick trip, convenient to many things. The neighbors were fighting all night and loud but I didn’t report it to the front desk because he was so violent had no clue what he would try to do to us. But the property itself I will visit again fur a quick trip near BUSH IAH AIRPORT "
