I run a similar business and I advise anyone in management reading this to cherish this employee and compensate her properly for the kind of professionalism she offers while she’s still there. She needs to be training every employee in that building. I have the tendency purposely not booking the same place twice, but I will definitely be going again just because of the customer service we received on New Year’s Eve. "

"We visited between Christmas and New Years and absolutely loved this property. All of the staff were amazing, the Christmas decorations were beautiful and it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms. Despite facing the street, we rarely heard noise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
