"property is at a great location, staff was kind, breakfast was sufficient, room was clean however we got a room with the balcony covered up next to staff rooms i presume. So can hear talking very early in the morning and we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful lush gardens at Legian beach Hotel or the sunshine during the day unfortunately. "

"We have stayed at The Stones many times and would go back again. The location is great (the beach out the front is fabulous, a short walk to Garlic Lane for shopping and lots of cafes and places within a short walk). In the hotel the pool area is fabulous, but there are only a restricted amount of pool chairs so its first in which often results in missing out. The spa area needs prompt fixing as its not working properly. Breakfast is fabulous with loads of choices and good coffee and fresh juice, one of the best breakfasts we have had in Bali. We had a pool facing room and highly recommend paying the difference to get this as the balcony is great. The room was great with everything we needed. The restaurant at night was disappointing, they had run out of so many of the items as they only cater for a certain amount of each type and when we got there just before 8pm what we wanted was gone. All in all one of the better hotels in the area."

"I stayed in a Delux Premier Room with a Pool View. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Kuta and Legian by foot and has everything you need on its doorstep with a circle K minimarket directly across the road which is 24/7. There are plenty of restaurants and bars all in the vicinity of the hotel with a 24 hours restaurant and bar just a 2 minute walk round the corner. The hotel room is very spacious with a lovely big bed, fridge, safe and TV with an excellent selection of channels from all over the world. Wifi in the room is also excellent and fast. Room was made up and cleaned every day of my stay. 2 bottles of water each day in the room. Only thing I did not like was that I was in room 429 at the very end of the block and my “Pool View” was more of a view of the side of the next block rather than the pool and the balcony was not very inviting as it was dull and dark. But I didn’t spend much time on the balcony so it didn’t matter. Breakfast, I didn’t have included however I paid to have breakfast one morning which was very cheap but the breakfast was poor. Food wasn’t fresh other than the omelette station and the coffee from the machine was awful and undrinkable. I’m glad I didn’t include breakfast for my stay as there’s plenty of places close by that do amazing cheap breakfast. Pool area is fine but don’t get much sun but the pool bar prices are very cheap for food and drink which is unusual for a hotel. Overall it’s a great hotel in a perfect area."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Hard Rock! The pool is huge with lots of activities for the kids! If you’re planning on a pool day, highly recommend getting a cabana!! Buffet breakfast is delicious, so many options! The staff are all so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here!"

"Whilst the place was great,was a little run down and dirty , breakfast was very limited and continually run out of food IE eggs , house keeping was inconsistent a few times we had to ring as they didn’t report towel's Having said that most of the staff were very friendly"
