I was disappointed that they didn't notify us the water sports weren't being used one of the days we were there. I wasted time waiting in line that never opened. I also thought the $50/day resort fee is excessive and not warranted especially when some of the services weren't offered. They also closed ...

Mondrian South Beach
Great service however there is roaches in the hotel rooms. We noticed it as we were leaving our one night stay.

Catalina Hotel & Beach Club
The reception was poor. The clerk was not helpful. There was no drinking glass in the room and tv didn't work. Called the front desk. No answer. Went downstairs. Said the clerk was out for 5 minutes. Waited and he didn't return. The morning staff were wonderfull.
