The room was lovely and spacious. There was no view outbof the window as the hotel is being extended. The staff were helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as they could. Helen and Chloe were particularly good and always made us feel welcome.

Cosy for a weekend break

A lovely hotel for a weekend but shame the SPA was under renovation. Was a cosy hotel & comfortable. But rooms need an update. Our shower head kept dripping, which was annoying. The reception/bar area was cosy. Didnt have breakfast, but looked peaceful. Car par was small so my friend struggled a bit.

expected a luxury 4* hotel. but was just a standard nothing special, renovations happening. was advised on how to use the pool facilities and this wasnt obvious, so just didnt use. Room was ok, bit tired. Breakfast was nice but very slow. made me late for work as didnt allow enough time. (45min was allocated)

Nice hotel. Only downside really was undergoing refurbishment so couldnt use some facilities or walk round grounds for a look. Found reception staff very friendly

Very nice

Lovely stay, lovely staff. A shame about the renovation work but i guess it has to be done. Room was nice but the duvet seemed to be too small for bed. Evening meal and breakfast were of exceptional quality.
