Where to start? First day, arrived at 1am, no free WiFi even though they advertise that, 25mbps per second, which is partly why I booked as I had work to do, have to pay 20 euros, WiFi still terrible, cannot manage a video call (which is my work) so basically a complete waste.
Housekeeping will not pay any attention to your do not disturb sign, got to sleep around 3am first night, housekeeping starts knocking from 9am, maybe 4 times on the first day when I was just trying to catch up on my sleep, this went on everyday I had the do not disturb sign on, which because I was working, was often. Explained this to reception, made absolutely no difference.
AC started leaking day 2, they sent someone to fix it, started leaking again 12 hours later, lasted one day, started leaking again, soaked my room and a bunch of my clothes, lovely. Asked to move rooms, got told it was impossible.
Ate at the hotel, got food poisioning on the Wednesday, started having bad stomach cramps around 3am, up all night, still get woken by housekeeping repeatedly from 10am. Writes off basically 2 days of my holiday.
In terms of all inclusive, they don't leave water when the housekeeping comes, there is no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, basically nothing at all and nothing replaced, even your towels that are wet from soaking up the water from your broken AC.
There is nothing good about this place. Every single day, some simple thing that would expected from any hotel anywhere, went wrong.
