Really good place for vacation

Great vacation place, really good food variations and they seemed to really care about the guests. The list of the drinks and cocktails were pretty good too. The only downside was that it was too much focus on Russian guests where Russian music was mostly played at the pool or the information was mostly commented in Russion.

An excellent choice for Kemer vacation

Superb. An ideal location: beach is nearby, water is pristine clear. Food is good not excellent but keep in mind it is all inclusive resort. A lot of alternatives for dine in in Kemer which is 10 minutes walk from the resort. Will come back in the future. Mid September till Late October is an ideal time to stay: kids back to school :)

I highly recommended AQI Hydros Club for many reasons. The food choice is exceptional, the staff are very polite and helpful and this is from the cleaners through to management. The hotel grounds is very well designed and plenty of room for all guest. My negative comment would be the noise coming from speeding cars passing by my hotel room which was near the main road. This has no reflection on the hotel. I also feel one race of people was favoured more. I wished there was more people from Türkiye staying at this hotel.

Must visit

They resort is nice and comfortable its one of the biggest properties, every thing is easy to locate from swimming pools to restaurants and bars. But the coolest thing is the people and the staff are very friendly, i definitely recommend it

Over all the hotel food options and facilities was good. The room we stayed in was disappointing very run down and in need of a upgrade. Also there was no basic toiletries that you would expect from a five star hotel. Only soap pumps.

Not a Sandy beach full of rocks and stone which makes it hard to walk on the beach and get in and out of the water. Majority is old people and families, Buffet was good, drinks and beverages are too limited. Receptionist seems not friendly, waited until 3:45pm until I got checked into a room.

The room we were initially given was dirty (spiders, dead roaches) and noisy (next to a busy road). Also, when we made the initial reservation, they said the room was for one person are gonna , though that restriction was not clear on the reservation portal. When we arrived they charged is 140 extra euros to have my wife in the same room! Also, we gave two items of clothing to be laundered for 2 euros each. On check out, they charged 4 euros per item item. The food and service was otherwise great, but watch out for all the extra charges once you get there!

The surroundings and the hotel are fine, unfortunately the standard in the all-inclusive buffet and restaurant is not particularly good. In the last part of our stay, I would describe the buffet as directly criticizable. Many dishes were recycled from the day/days before... - directly harmful to health. Even cheap dishes like pancakes and fried eggs for breakfast were from the day before. The last 2 days we therefore chose to eat dinner at another restaurant in the city.

Das Hotel an sich hat eine schöne Anlage, die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und drumherum war es bei uns sehr laut in der Nacht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Meer schön. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Animation, Onur und Yassine haben uns immer geholfen und wir konnten jederzeit bei Fragen auf sie zukommen, tolles Unterhaltungsprogramm!
